The love for a low mile original vehicle keeps us looking. In 2011 we found this pristine 1985 Ford 4x4 in Colorado. A 1 owner 22,000 mile truck at the time. We spoke with the original owner and struck up a deal on the truck. After shipping the truck to Tn we drove it a bit and decided to install a 4 inch lift with Aluminum modular wheels and 33/12.50/15 BFGs. Since 2011 we have put 8,500 trouble free miles on the truck only driving it on select days. Now for the particulars on the truck! The pickup has 30,413 miles on the clock now, its a F150 4x4 XLT Lariat LWB. The paint is original on the truck with no spot work or damage, a few small rock chips have been touched up from just normal driving but nothing out of the ordinary. The striping,chrome,glass and rubber are original and very nice also. The truck being and original Colorado truck rust is not an issue. Its always been garage kept and never driven in bad weather. The powerplant is a 5.8 liter V8 backed by an automatic transmission. Power steering and power disc brakes make the truck a snap to drive. On the inside the Lariat trimmed interior is as new as you would expect with no damage at all. The truck is optioned with Cold A/C, power windows, power door locks, full instrumentation, tilt column, cruise control, am/fm/cassette stereo, four wheel drive, dual fuel tanks and a sliding rear glass.
