The scout cranks and runs but the Carburetor needs cleaned as it backfires, etc. The prior owner said it was his daily driver up until he sold it to me so I would expect this to be a very strong, dependable vehicle. The engine bay is very clean and looks great (especially for the age). Once we bought it, I did a thorough inspection of everything needed to get it completely restored and up to my standards. So if it is not mentioned, it is useable. There is rust on the vehicle in the usual spots. We bought replacement pieces (metal) for all the issue areas for a full restoration except for the 2 pieces of sheet metal you will need for the truck bed and bench. I have listed the parts purchased that convey with the sale. It comes with the doors, tailgate, half cab, windows, etc (not pictured). I am asking $1999 which includes everything listed below. Its a firm price. It was $3000 to buy, and I spent $1500 to buy what I needed to complete. It also has a new exhaust, new lift kit, rancho shockes, power steering, good aftermarket oversixzed wheels and tires, and starts right up! Clean title. Parts I have purchased to complete the restoration: Rearview Mirror (current looks bad) Glove box (interior piece) Smaller steering wheel and adaptor Battery Side View Mirrors Tail Lights/Assemblies (comes with 2 usable types/styles) Bedliner kit (I was going to Rhino Line the interior once complete the sheet metal) Replacement wall /container for one of the fuel tanks (rusted) Rocker panels (new) Body panels for passenger side, sill panel (valence) under the door Decals, Owner's Manual, Misc. Steering Wheel and adaptor *Probably some more that I have forgotten (since it has been over 6 months since we got them in) Still Needs or issues: Carburetor needs cleaning Air cleaner assembly needs worked on Wiring for tail lights, reverse lights, etc. ¼" Sheet metal for bed 1/8" sheet metal for bench seat area in bed One door is dented. We were not going to install the doors so it was not a problem for us. However, if you are unable to fix dents on your own, you may need to purchase a new door. Paint job
