I purchased this car in 2007 at 50,666 miles. I am the second owner although if you count the dealer I bought from who took the title briefly, then third. Since then it has been kept in garage and maintained religiously. It is in excellent condition inside and out. The car is quiet and tight, shifts smoothly and runs strong without any problems. Regular service was performed by a renowned independent BMW specialist in Santa Monica. I am a non-smoker and not a pet owner. I have the title in hand. Registration is good until December 2014. I believe this is a base model except it has Xenon HD headlights, driver's memory seat, and sun/moon roof. It also has factory 18" aluminum alloy wheels instead of 17" which I purchased along with new tires. The list of services performed since purchasing the car: • Oil service performed every 4 - 5000 miles since purchasing the car, along with fluids, filters. There are no oil leaks under the car. • Front brake discs and pads replaced 11/13. • Leaky front right axle boot replaced 11/13. • All four Dunlop SP Sport 255/55R-18 tires purchased 4/12. They have 75% tread remaining. • Rear brake discs and pads replaced 1/12. • Drive belts and tensioner replaced 8/11. • Major service performed at 97,000 mi. 6/11 • Front left axle boot replaced 11/09. • Front right axle boot replaced 7/09. • Battery replaced 4/08 Copies of all service receipts are available upon request. Exterior: • The paint is shiny without oxidation and not flat or cloudy in any places. • There are minor rock chips and scuffs on the nose and bumpers that have been touched up. • There are no curb rashes on all four rims.• All black plastic trims are not oxidized and black without using dressing. • The headlight lenses are clear and not oxidized/fogged. There are some minor rock chips.• The tail lights and front & rear window wipers have been upgraded with aftermarket parts. The original parts will be included. Interior: • All surfaces are in excellent condition including leather. The interior smells clean like new with no odor. • A full set of manuals & literature is included in its original pouch. The only issues I know of: • A few of the digits on the instrument panel have lights that are partially missing but you can read them all. • Occasionally when the car starts, the heater fan will make a chirping/squeaking noise. It goes away as the car warms up. • The rear right side seat belt sometimes sticks.
