NO RESERVE!! 2001 BMW 325i Sedan! 5-speed manual transmission! Runs & drives great! Only 115,000 well maintained miles. Dark Blue Metallic exterior is in decent condition! Paint shines nicely. There are no major dings or dents on the body. There is a long "key scratch" running the length of the driver's side of the car. It has been touched up doesn't look too terrible. The tires are showing approximately 50% tread remaining. The Tan interior is in great condition! Super clean and fresh with no pet or smoke odor. Power windows (the driver rear window isn't working), power door locks, AM/FM/CD stereo, manual climate control with hot heat and cold A/C! The 6-cylinder engine starts up and runs great. The 5-speed manual transmission shifts perfect with no issues. Clutch feels great with no slipping or chattering. The brakes, steering and suspension all feel good. This means wholesale prices to you, and I can turn over my inventory quickly. I do not have the service or maintenance history or any other documentation unless otherwise stated. The cars I offer here are not new, they are used! Some maintenance items may need to be addressed, and there may be some wear consistent with the age and mileage of the car. Payment: The successful high bidder must make the non-refundable $199 PayPal deposit within 24 hours of auction close. Full payment is due within 3 days of auction close via certified funds. Cash in person, bank check, certified check, money orders or bank wire transfer are the only acceptable forms of payment. Taxes & Title: You will be responsible for registration, taxes and title fees when you register the car in your home state. New Jersey residents will be required to pay 7% sales tax on the high bid price. All titles are in my possession, owned outright and are "clean", with no liens or encumbrances. I do not deal with salvaged, flooded, storm damaged or wrecked cars. Pickup: Vehicle must be picked up within 10 days of auction close. I can issue a 20-day temporary tag (30-day for NJ residents) with a valid US drivers license and proof of insurance. Because I am tight on storage space, a $10/day storage fee will be assessed after 10 days. Transportation: I am located one hour from either Newark International Airport (EWR) or Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), and a half hour from Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN). In most cases, I will be available to pick you up during business hours, as well as the nearest bus stop or train station. Fees: There is a non-negotiable $199 document fee added to the high bid price of each transaction.
