I have a baby on the way. . . so this fun, reliable two-door car has to go. The vehicle is fully loaded, well maintained, has low mileage and comes with an awesome extended warranty. ==================== SELLING POINTS & SPECS ==================== - 42k miles. . .. I'm the only owner for all of them since I purchased in October 2009 - 6 speed manual transmission - Silver exterior with black leather interior - This car is fast, fun, reliable & cheap! 270 horsepower, handles great, gets 17/25 mpg and takes regular grade fuel!! - I have all three keys. . .. 2 regular ones used for keyless entry and 1 valet - I have extra new floor mats for the front passenger and two back seat - Non-smoker with no pets - No accidents - Other specs I've enjoyed: XM radio ready, steering wheel controls, powered driver seat w/ lumbar support, moonroof, fold down backseat, auxiliary input jack to play music from my phone, two power outlets, dual exhaust, heated power mirrors, heated front seats, HomeLink system to program a garage door opener, great sound system with 7 speakers (including sub woofer) and 6-disk changer. ==================== WARRANTY INFO ==================== - I had a paint and leather treatment performed, which came with a 10 year transferable warranty. . . meaning there are 6 years remaining. I have all paperwork ready for you to review. - I also purchased the maximum extended warranty to cover all parts of the vehicle. It's a 7 year / 100k mile transferable warranty. . .. so there're 3 years and 58k miles left on the warranty. I'd like to point out this is more than the standard 3 years / 36k mile warranty Honda offers for new cars. It's the premium package (Platinum level) so everything's covered with a $100 deductible. I already called the warranty company to confirm this can be transferred to a new owner. This should bring significant peace of mind! I have all paper work ready for you to review. ==================== AREAS WORTH MENTION ==================== - This car has been very well kept - There are a couple small scuffs on rear bumper and wheels. . . ugh, city life. I actually feel they're well under the number of blemishes I would expect for a four year old vehicle, but want to fully disclose everything. - All service for this vehicle was performed at the dealership I purchased it from. . .. Landmark Honda. My dedicated maintenance guy just emailed me every invoice over the last four years, so the entire history is available to you.
