The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful looking 2001 BMW 530i with the M-Package and 5-speed transmission. Some of the features in this car include the Leather Sport Seats, Power Sunroof, and Stereo with CD Changer. The owner did lots of extremely long distance driving, but despite the mileage this BMW could easily pass for a vehicle with only 40k miles. The owner kept this 530i very well maintained, and it’s in great condition. This 530i runs and drives beautifully. The 3.0L engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts perfectly and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. A complete matching set of 17” Dunlop tires were installed by the owner and are showing most of their tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. All of the power equipment and convenience options in this BMW have been checked and tested, and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. This is an excellent running BMW, and there aren’t any service warning lights on. The exterior of this BMW is in terrific condition. The only flaws are a few front bumper marks, a dent under the right bottom rocker panel, and a few imperfections. The paint is super glossy over the entire body, and is not faded out anywhere. There aren’t any dents, scratches isn’t or body rust at all. The undercarriage is also clean and in great condition. The interior has been very well maintained and is in excellent condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple. There aren’t any holes or damage on any of the seats, and only minor wear on the driver side. The carpeting is fresh, clean and fluffy throughout this car. All of the interior trim pieces, buttons, controls, etc are intact, tight and in excellent condition without any damage. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report for this BMW is clean, and the title is clear without any liens or encumbrances. This car is in great condition and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this 530i anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
