This is the best of both worlds....a really nice 1939 Chevrolet Master Deluxe Business Coupe that is wonderful to drive....but not a high priced trailer queen your afraid too!! This is an older restoration that was left to appear original....but modified to drive and tour. The lines of the 39 are the art of a time gone by.These pre-World War II cars are becoming really difficult to find...especially at this price. The original rear end, rear suspension,drive shaft and transmission are available if desired. Modifications: * Updated 235 Chevrolet 6 cyl. with Fenton headers and dual exhaust....sweet sound!* 350 Turbo Hydromatic Transmission....shifts very well* Mustang II front suspension* Buick Regal rear end * Tilt steering* Newer 235 70/R15 Steel belted radials with Panther slotted racing rims. True Fulton Visor in excellent condition.... just about every piece of period correct accessory available. Interior shows very well. (Clock does not work) Dark green metallic paint is really beautiful, but has begun chipping on the drivers side door and blistering on the top and rear window area. I have had several professional painters say these areas can be re-done. However, car will be sold with the paint "as is". CLEAR MISSOURI TITLE IN THE SELLERS NAME. The gentleman I'm listing this for has reluctantly decided to part with this car due to health reasons.
