Vehicle Detail
This is a one owner 1983 GMC Sierra Classic 2500 Crew Cab, 3/4 ton, 2 wheel drive pickup truck with camper shell. It is an Arizona car with no corrosion or rust, it lived in the desert its entire life. No accidents, etc. I cannot verify mileage other than what the odometer states. I have looked around and there are not many of these trucks out there especially in this condition. The bad news is it is currently not running. I am selling for my sister, it was her husbands truck and he has recently passed away. The truck sat in her driveway for one year after her husband suffered a terminal illness. The truck was running fine when it was parked prior to his illness. He purchased the truck new at a local dealership. I am a "car guy" and see the potential to make this a very unique vehicle as a daily driver or the perfect tow vehicle for your race car, boat or whatever. If it does not sell I may add it to my list of projects, add a LS engine and a little interior work and you have a cool and rare truck. The camper shell on the truck was a new addition just before it was parked, it is in new condition inside with full built out interior. The engine is a 350 V-8 that supposedly was a new crate motor installed just before it was parked. I do not have any documentation for the engine. I do have the original purchase window sticker and a file of receipts for work performed. Buyer must arrange for all shipping etc. Email if you have any questions, I will do my best to answer them. Local buyers can arrange a viewing upon request. If necessary I will store the vehicle for a short time after purchase. It could be something you pick up while attending the Barret Jackson auction coming up soon to our area. Thanks
