Heads Turn When You Drive this Jeep! I am selling my 1997 Jeep Wrangler 4x4 Sport TJ (automatic transmission). It is sad to have to part with this bad @$$ Jeep. I am selling my "ol bud" because my new job has me on a long commute each way and have bought a family car with really good gas mileage. Sigh... So it is time to let someone else enjoy this great vehicle. Let me tell you this is truly a Jeep Jeep, nicely tuned exhaust sound is like music to the ears and if that didn't get everyones attenetion, the tunes you choose to blast will. This Deep Blue TJ has a fully upgraded sound system that can rock a great picnic party at the park the highs are crisp and sharp and the bass can hit pretty low. I mainly listen to classic rock and it sounds amazing!! The body is in great shape only a couple smal rust areas which I have detailed in the photos; other than that the rest of the body is in great shape. There are many upgrades i have done along the way (listed below) and have a list of some more I was planning on getting to but never got to them, all cosmetic mainly. This jeep is reliable and has been well taken care of since I have owned it. It is great in the winter time when you can just throw it into 4WD and drive perfectly. I have all the receipts for work done and parts purchased for the jeep. Miles: 159,500 original miles. My wife bought this for me 4 years ago and I have gotten great use out of it and did many upgrades. It has been garage kept since I have owned it. UPDATES/UPGRADES: New Best Top™ Soft Top with tinted windows (Purchased in 2010) 2 new upper doors with lightly tinted windows (Purchased in 2010) 5 New Wheels 15x8 Baja Champ Black Wheels (Purchased in 2011) New In-dash Alpine Receiver with iPod 30pin adapter (Adapter is in glovebox so that is where you can put the ipod) 2 New 6.25" Rockford Fosgate woofers and tweets + 2 new Rockford Fosgate 6x4 full midrange speakers in dash 1 Kenwood 10" Subwoofer New Chrome Front Bumper Pair of KC fog lighs with black covers Replaced 2 upper ball joints and 2 lower ball joints in 2010 Replaced the Track bar, connecting tie rod, 3 tie rods, 2 sdjusting sleeves, Steering dampener in 2010 Steering Alignment in 2010 replaced ignition lock cylinder & keyed in 2009 Banks Cat back Exhaust System with Magna Flo High Flo Cat Installed in 2011 Serpintine Belt was replaced in 2009 Just had an oil change and new air filter on 10/19/2013 Replaced all four plastic fenders with wider fenders in 2011 The one accident that is listed on the car report was at a gas station. We were in the parking lot and ready to pull out onto the street. We were both stopped, the car in front of me started to pull out onto the road and stopped abruptly, I let off my brake and tapped into his back bumper. It was a Honda CRV and it cracked his plastic bumper. There was no damage at all to the Jeep, not even a scratch. This was a tap at about 2mph.
