Great classic Beemer for resto project or runner. It had been parked for years and I cleaned up carbs and added new battery and she starts right up. Could use a legitimate tune up but engine is strong. Speedo shows 12k but I doubt correct. Frame and engine numbers match. Gas tank was repainted at some point with a metallic look....not my style. Fenders are original black. Pirelli tires in decent shape. One fuel peacock leaking but an easy rebuild. It is a 41 year old bike and in great shape for its age but it is not new or showroom...you need to make it that way. Parked in Chicago (Lyons) where I work. Great winter project and you can be riding is style by springtime.
