This 2002 BMW 745LI was running great and then nothing; "no power at all". Georgia got a lot of rain this year and the water drains were clogged with leaves; water got into the vehicle. Great vehicle if you know someone that are familiar with these but, my mechanics are not. It could be as simple as a module but my incompetent mechanic seems to cant remember how to read a book to understand things he has already learned! BMW dealer ship is not the place to take this because, they will change you an arm and a leg even if it is a simple part. Sold, as is. ABSOLUTE AUCTION.I was told by a bmw tech, "unofficially" it could be 1 module and cost $300 but, going through and finding out is what will costWorst case, buy it and sell the engine for $2000, and the transmission for $1800.
