time has come to part with my well loved 1987 suzuki samurai. i looked long and hard for a good tin top before finding this gem.anyone who sees it asks what it is? where i got it? even when they don't see it they hear that i have a samurai, and they grin, and ask to see a picture! anyhow, it is mostly stock, with a few small things here and there such as: FULL high flowstainless exhaust, headers, through the muffler; cone air filter conversion; and the rear interior panels were redone with aluminum diamond plate. CD player bad:it does have a few spots of rust showing.Rough starts when cold. i suspect that since the cone airfilter and subsequent exhaust work that the carb needs to get cleaned and tuned.passenger side window seal needs replacing. i have a new seal, just never got to it, i will dig it out and include it. this car is a beast in the snow. i hardly needed to worry about plowing. it is small and maneuverable. fits where many other jeeps can't. great fuel economy for 4x4. RARE. people will ask about your ride. period. be prepared for smiles, and thumbs up.
