Vehicle Detail

Welcome. You are bidding on a 1973 Porsche 911 CIS Coupe. This car has a clean title and is a numbers matching car. I have taken about 50 pictures of the car. Please take a look at the pictures and read the description; should you have any questions please feel free to email me or phone me at 925.876.1281. I can help arrange out of state or overseas shipping. Here is the link to the photo album http://s263.photobucket.com/user/MrBMW2002/library/1973CISCoupe VIN: 9113102495 Engine Number: 6134596 Original with CIS Color Code: 415(Sepia Brown) Exterior: This has never been in an accident and it still shows its original paint in several places. It has been modified to look like a RSR. It has real steel 930/RSR front and rear flares. They did a nice job with attached the flares and it shows nice. There is rust in the front battery box as seen in the pictures. The pans, torsion tubes, and jack spurs are solid and photos were taken when the car was on a lift. The original color to this car was Sepia brown; however it is currently a dark burgundy. The rear bumper is a one piece unit and needs to be properly attached. Interior: The interior of this car is in fair shape. It has later 911 seats and dash. It still has its original gauges, headliners and switches. The radio is missing and it has been fitted with a factory radio delete plate. The ignition lock is broken and the car has to be started with a screwdriver. Engine/Transmission: This car still has its original CIS engine. This engine fires right up and idles well. The pedal box could use a rebuilt as the gas pedal bushings are worn. The transmission shifts through its gears and the clutch feels like it is in good shape. I would recommend a thorough service before driving this car any distance. Brakes/Suspension: This car is fitted with factory front Alloy calipers. The brakes do drag a bit and I would recommend new lines throughout. Overall: This is a great chance to get into an early 1973 911T Coupe. This would be a great car to restore, complete the RSR look, or build the 911 of your liking. Please let me know if you have any questions.
