Up for sale is a 1981 Suzuki GS650G, shaft drive. I had originally intended to set this up for my daughter-in-law but she doesn't want it so I'm going to sell it. Bike is a little rough and still needs some work to run right. I'm tired of working on it so it's a no reserve auction. Your chance to get a solid bike that with a little finishing touches will be a good runner. Here's a little summary: Rescued bike from a shed. Originally burgundy color, repainted flat black. Bike is missing left side battery cover. Bike has had carburetors removed and cleaned. However number two carb still is acting like it doesn't want to flow correctly. I AM INCLUDING ANOTHER SET OF CARBURETOR PARTS WITH THE BIKE. Replaced front master and rear master cylinders; both cylinders flushed and refilled with DOT 4. Checked out all electrical switches, wiring, lights, and lamps. All working. Replaced clutch cable. New tires front and rear. Clutch it tight. Missing part of air filter box and cover.
