Vehicle Detail
1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with 7' Snow Bear plow in good condition. I am the second owner of this vehicle & I have had this Jeep for 7 years & have repaired or replaced many items in that time. These include: Transmission rebuilt around 95,000 miles(2007), Transfer Case replaced witha low mile used unit(2012), Front differential completely replaced with a low mile used unit(2009), New Fuel pump(2009), New Master cylinder(2009), New catalytic converter(2009), Muffler & Pipes(2009), Rear Brake drums & lines(2009), New Radiator & Hoses(2010), New Windshield(2010), New Water pump(2011), New Belt tensioner & belt(2011),Die Hard Gold battery(2010), New Goodyear Wrangler SRA tires(2012). Has Snow Bear 7' electric(winch) operated snow plow that is in good working condition. Plow is electric up & down & manual angle. I never really angled it, just left it straight & had to take an extra swipe or 2. Works great & is easy to put on & take of vehicle & there are no hydrolic lines to break or freeze. I have had this for almost 10 years & had it on 4 different vehicles. They make a mount for just about any vehicle, doesn't even have to be 4x4. Plow has been sanded & painted every other year, it does have a few small rust holes near the top, but nothing major. Winch was REPLACED about 4 years ago. I love this plow, that is why I bought the same plow for my pick up. I have plowed over 1ft of snow with this plow on a small Bronco II. Jeep is in good running condition. Muffler was replaced, but is leaking from some small holes. A little louder than normal, but not bad. The pipes are ok, but will need a muffler eventually. The front differential seal is leaking where it meets the driveshaft. Needs a new seal, didn't notice until the vehicle was taken off the road. I just filled up the gear oil. Body is in great shape, still shines no rust, just the 1 damage to the driver front fender as shown in picture. It is not to noticeable until you get up close. Interior is in really good condition with dual power seats, infinity stereo system, & working cruise control. The headliner has a few small rips near the back from cargo, the radio works fine, but the stations & clock are not visible(annoying, but I set my presets & mostly used my Ipod anyway). The power antenna is broke at the top, but still works & I have a new one that I never installed(included). I took the old hitch off that was rusted & I will include a new one with the Jeep as shown in the pictures. Most of the miles are highway. I used to live 10 miles from work & then I bought a house 50 miles away. Drove this 100 miles a day for a few years, it is reliable & great in the snow, but the gas was killing me. It is a V8 with all time 4x4 & 3.73 gears, I'm not gonna lie it does not get good gas mileage. Average about 17 mpg, but this would make a great winter vehicle for someone that doesn't travel far & needs to plow a few driveways. I used this vehicle to plow my driveway & a few neighbors for the last few years. Many years ago I had a few accounts I plowed for & made some money with an old Bronco II. I would love to keep this Jeep with all the money I have into it(have almost all reciepts), but I broke down & bought a newer car for better gas mileage & I have 5 vehicles, so sadly she has to go. This Jeep is solid & in very good condition for its age. I have heard these 318 engines will go to 300,000 miles. Buy it for a realatively low price(reserve is fair), plow a driveway or 2 & get around in the snow with no problem. It is an ANIMAL in the snow, especially with the newer tires. It is better than my full size pick up truck. NYS inspection is good through the end of December. Please ask any questions before bidding, & GOOD LUCK!
