1986 Porsche 911 Carrera For your consideration is this beautiful, low mileage Carrera finished in Isis Blue over blue leather. This 911 has been religiously maintained, there is a stack of receipts showing the work done and verifying the mileage as correct. This is a numbers matching example as per the COA. Being a Florida car most of it’s life, it is naturally 100% free of any rust. -Exterior- The body is in good condition, there are a few very minor imperfections in the paint (mainly small rock chips). The paint is older, but as seen in the pictures, it presents itself extremely well. Structurally this car is solid, there is absolutely no rust anywhere, top or bottom. The usual places such as the trunk, battery tray and floors…the undercarriage are all simply spotless. The Fuchs are simply perfect, there is not a single imperfection on any of them. All the glass is nice and clear with no scratches or hazing. Everything in the car works 100% including all gauges, accessories, sunroof etc... The air conditioning has been converted to 134a. -Interior- The interior is in very good original condition, seats are in near perfect condition, the driver’s seat shows only the slightest amount of wear. The carpets, headliner and door panels are all in hear perfect condition. The only items not original inside this 911 are the sound system (replaced with a high end Alpine head unit and Boston Acoustics speakers) and the shift knob (the original is included). -Engine, Transmission & Drivetrain- The engine is simply perfect, it is well maintained and tuned, providing an abundance of power. Service records show all of the oil lines and seals as well as the engine mounts being replaced. This machine does not drip a single drop of oil. The transmission was rebuilt, it shifts seamlessly through the gears with no slipping or grinding. The brakes (calipers, rotors and pads), tie rods, ball joints etc were all replaced, this car feels as solid as the day it was built. There are no strange noises or vibrations from the engine or drive train, all you hear is the music of the flat six engine. The ride in this 911 is great, there are no squeaks, rattles or other unwanted noises, the car drives straight and true! This 911 is free on any liens, I have a clean title in hand and is ready for a new home. -TERMS OF SALE- Buyers are more than welcome, and even encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person BEFORE the auction ends.
