Original Barn Find, I just purchased this beauty from the original family. This truck was handed down through 3 generations. I did not title it so that you could be the first non-family owner. The truck has the original straight 6 cylinder engine with a 3 speed shifter on the column. The dash is all original including original speedometer, fuel, and warning gauges, also has the original radio including the original steering wheel. The door panels are in excellent shape as is the glove compartment. All exterior trim and lights are in great shape as well as all of the glass with no cracks and original hubcaps. It is missing the original rear view mirror and antenna, the driver's door handle does not work and the steering wheel is missing the horn assembly. The truck was left out for more than 15 years until the great-grandson found it and transferred ownership, unfortunately he was not able to take on the job of restoring it so he called me to sell it for him. Please look at the pictures, this truck will be a great winter project to enjoy next summer in it's full glory. The truck runs and drives great but will need body work due to rust. This truck was found behind a large barn by the original owner's great-grandson (Kyle). Because it was out and exposed to the elements for more than 15 years the truck has allot of rust. Kyle wanted to restore it and started to make small repairs, he painted the entire exterior with black primer, changed the valve cover gasket, emptied the gas tank and replaced the fuel, installed a newer battery and changed the oil. He has been driving it for the past 3 months but with winter around the corner restoration is out of the question.
