Up for auction is a 2007 Mustang GT Convertible G5 Alloy Grey that has been highly modified. This is my wife’s car and the reason for the listing is that she never drives it. In the 6 years we have owned it, the vehicle has only had about 8,000 miles put on it. The list of modifications along with the costs is included in the description of this auction. The car has 10,526 miles and we are the second owners. We purchased it when it had around 2,700 miles on it. It has never been smoked in and has always been garaged since we owned it. The oil was recently changed at 10,000 miles as well as the air filter cleaned and rear gear oil changed out. The starting bid is the Kelley Blue Book Value of the vehicle in very good condition and does not include the costs associated with the modifications. I’m aware that the modifications of vehicles are seldom recovered when the vehicle is sold. The vehicle comes with the original owner’s manual, both keys with FOB’s as well as the Viper security remote. PIAA fog light covers and convertible boot covers as well. The Gorilla key lock and the Tokico adjuster for the shocks will also be labeled. Title is in hand. Deposit of $500 is due within 48 hours of auction ending and payment is to be made by cash, money order, wire transfer or bank check. Suspension: The car has been lowered with Votgland springs and suspension properly adjusted with aftermarket parts from Steeda. These parts include Steeda Adjustable Pan hand Bar and brace, Steeda 3rd Link UCA, Steeda Rear Sway bar with end links, Steeda Adjustable front sway bar, Steeda front sway bar mount brace, Steeda bump steer kit, Ford Racing Rear Lower Control Arms, Steeda X5 Ballpoints, Steeda Lightweight Radiator Support. The shocks are fully adjustable by Tokico and the suspension setting is currently set to firm. The wheels are Carroll Shelby 20”. Engine: The engine has been tuned by BamaChips and the Diablo tuner with the 3 custom tunes comes with it. The tunes are for torque, racing or performance; it is currently set at race. The engine has a cold air intake by C&L which is pink (wife’s car) but can be powder coated to fit your needs. Kooks Long Tube Headers that have been Jet Hot coated for heat dissipation and the exhaust is Corsa. The driveshaft was changed to a single piece aluminum driveshaft by Spydershaft and the gearing was changed from stock 3.31 to 3.73 using Ford Racing Performance gears and installed by the Ford dealership along with the rear pumpkin cover. Body: The body has a GT500 rear spoiler. The front bumper is an Eleanor style by Ronaele and the hood is a Tru Fiber GTS 2 Ram Air hood. The style bar is by Cervini’s. HID head lights that produce a bright white light. The turn signals are sequential like the newer Mustangs and look great. The rear back up camera is installed in the trunk lock but it has not been wired up. The wiring is labeled and all that is needed is for the power to go to a 12V switched source. Interior: The interior has some dress up chrome pieces; a Pioneer Avic Z2 head unit with hard drive that has been bypassed so you can watch DVD’s or make changes to navigation without having to have the vehicle in park or emergency brake on. Front and Rear speakers are Infinity Reference 6822. There is also a push button start in the dash center. The original Pony style floor mats are also included. Security: The vehicle is equipped with a Viper 791XV security system with remote start and was installed by Best Buy. Known mechanical issues: None. The car starts perfect every time and runs flawlessly. In heavy Atlanta traffic or cruising, the vehicle performs as it should. The suspension is stiff and the power is there. There are no leaks and all recalls have been addressed. Known cosmetic issues: I dented the front left (driver’s side) fender when backing the car into the garage. This will need replaced or repaired but it did crack the paint so no paintless dent repair will fix it. There are also some light scratches here and there on the car and a couple door dings. The seats are cloth with the running Pony fabric, not leather. 2. The dent will cost approximately $150 to fix based on a couple body shops around me. The dent is really small, maybe a 1/4" deep and about 2" long. I didn't fix it because I wanted the new buyer to see the damage and then they can choose to have it fixed and blended. 3. The car runs strong, we have low miles because her daily driver is a 2007 Charger SRT8 and I have a truck and motorcycle. Car is good to go. 4. This is the lowest price I'm putting on the car, I just dropped it from $22,500 last week. If it doesn't sell, we'll keep it in the garage. We own it free and clear so it costs us nothing to keep it. 5. The only trade I'd be interested in is a 1970 Mustang Fastback, roller only no drive train and cash difference. 6.
