< 1962 TRIUMPH TR3 B ROADSTER LAST AND MOST COLLECTABLE OF THE TR3'S Offered for sale is a rare and true 1962 Triumph TR3 "B" , TCF series . This is the most desirable variant of the later TR's with its more powerful TR4 engine and gearbox and upgraded brakes , these TR3 "B"'s are by far the best driving of all the TR3's . Of the close to 70,000 TR3's built , only about 4% of the production were TCF series TR3 "B"s .This car still has its original TCF engine and has been in the same family ownership for the last 3 decades . Dry stored for years , overall it is quite solid ,with what appear to be all the original body panels . There is some minimal rust bubbling to lower fenders and rockers and an old repair to the front toe area of the drivers side floor . The paint is old and well worn . The interior presentable and complete . There is a top frame but no canvas . All gauges , horns , lights and wipers are working . It starts easily with good oil pressure and runs very well and could be used as a driver now and maybe upgrade the cosmetics or restore later. Comes complete with books , manuals , tonneau cover , side screens and jack with tools .
