Up for sale is my 1936 International Rat Rod Truck. Titled as a 1940 with Vin tag mounted on passenger side fender near door. Cab and fenders are from a 36. Box is from a older Chevy truck. Box is lined with birds eye maple (some boards are warped and need cleaning). Front is a late 30's straight axle out of a Chevy with drum brakes, rear axle is Chevy with drum brakes also. Front suspension is Leaf spring along with the rear. Rear also has shocks that come out of the bed. Has a Chevy 350 with 4 Bolt Main. Transmission is a TH400 and both are in good working order. Motor and transmission were removed from a bus and have less than 70,000 original miles. Motor and transmission are stock. Interior is wood floor with License plates from MI, WI, and MN covering sections of it. Steering column and steering box are original. Steering does have some play when going down the highway. Seats are tractor seats mounted to a section of wood and the section of wood has leaf springs on it for added "Cushion". Has new brake master (Manual pedal system) and all new brake lines ran. New pads installed. Sits about 6-8 " above the ground from the running boards. Driver side door opens and secures by bent wrenches. Passenger side door is stuck at the moment (Door stuck locked). Has front windshield but no side glass. Fuel tank is spun Aluminum Cab mounted tank. Headlights work and brake lights work. Never ran running lights or turn signals yet. Has push button ignition and toggle switches for headlights and electric fan for radiator. Has new highboy aluminum radiator with pusher electric fan. Front grill is Dodge.
