Vehicle Detail
For sale is a running and drivable 1949 GMC Panel. This is the old 8 lug 3/4 ton RARE! Perfect advertising for a business or a great family cruiser if you installed a rear seat or even two. It can fit a large family! Tons of room in the rear cargo area. It has the old foot pedal start which you never see any more! Headlights work and tail light works. Electric is converted to 12v already. Brand new battery. Gauges work too! The motor is a inline 6 235ci fires right up. We just did a valve job on it and the valves looked great. New flat paint (not cheap primer) sprayed a few weeks ago. New windows and molding. Glass is good, windows roll up and down easily. Original wood floor in the rear. Body has ZERO RUST. Even has a Fulton windshield visor old school no repo and those are hard to find! Original elec horns work. Heater still inside the cab. Come check it out and if you would like more pics shoot me a email. Vin matched body #s NO BS here. The flat paint is Black & Copper, this panel is ready to cruz as she sets or lower her down and swap engines. I personally like the original REAL STEEL myself... Getting harder to find complete vintage steel that's not be molested. Check out all the pictures. Ask questions. The body was RUFF and someone had painted the panel with house paint and a brush more then once !.... I had the most damaged area body works and left some areas un-touched ( PICTURES will show areas un-touched) for that original look. I do have the rear bumper that is included with the sell also. As you can see I have more invested in this really cool panel then the selling price. I have included a picture of the pick-up truck I had gotten the paint colors from so you can see where I was going with the Panel. I can store the Panel Truck at no cost as long as its paid for. I know making arrangements for pick up/transport is costly unless there is an open time frame.
