1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS Take a look at this solid Red on Black 1969 Chevelle Malibu SS brought to you by Caruso Classic Cars. This daily driver car originally had a 396 big block engine but it has been replaced with the small block 350 TurboFire engine. The owner does not have the original engine. The small block has been dressed up a bit with chrome accents. Car has the TH400 automatic transmission,factory dual exhaust and 12 Bolt Rear End. Car has been well maintained and has recent work as follows: New Water Pump, Starter, Battery, upper and lower ball joints, center link and pitman arm, front brake rotors, rear axles, bearings and seals, cover gasket and rear wheel cylinders, front drive shaft universal joint and transmission output shaft deal. The rear–end has been refilled and brakes bled. The exterior paint is in very good condition and features the SS Black stripes on the trunk and bulge hood. The black vinyl roof is in excellent condition. The black vinyl interior is in excellent condition as well as the headliner. Car has a console shift and rides on nice BF Goodrich Radial T/A white letter tires on the stock SS rims. Currently the horn, heater and radio are not working and will need to be repaired. The car could also use some cosmetic work on the paint as there is some minor bubbling but easily remedied. This car runs very well and is being re-auctioned with a reserve that has been reduced by $4K from a month ago and reflects the car’s very good condition.
