ullr28 Store Up for auction is a very Clean 1953 Dodge Power Wagon 4X4 fire truck runs and drives great. Has the 230 cu/in flathead T137 straight 6 cylinder, 4 speed manual transmission, 2 speed transfer case, FMC power wagon fire truck bed, 12V one wire alternator and a mountain of potential. FMC bed is bolted down not welded so it can be removed very easily so a pickup bed can be installed. The rear PTO driven water pump for the FMC bed has been removed. The engine runs good with good oil pressure and temperature. A new water pump was just installed and the carburetor could use a tune up. Brakes do not work and need to be rebuilt. This is a great project truck, 4 wheel drive works great and the truck runs and drives. The photos are show without the seat so you can see the clean rust free floor boards. The factory seat comes with the truck but needs to be re-padded and covered. The body and frame are rust and rot free just the patina of a 60 year old truck.
