THIS VEHICLE HAS UNDERGONE A RESTORATION ABOUT 3-5 YEARS AGO - IT COMES EQUIPPED WITH AN INLNE 6 CYLINDER ENGINE AND A 3 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION - TIRES ARE 600 X 16 BIAS PLY - THE BATTERY IS 6 VOLT AND SYSTEM IS POSITIVE GROUND - IT HAS THE OPTIONAL OIL FILTER - WORKING RADIO - WORKING HEATER - WORKING WIPERS - HORN WORKS WITH A REMOTE BUTTON ATTACHED THE THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STEERING COLUMN AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES - IT HAS WORKING DIRECTIONALS AND ALL THE INTERIOR LIGHTS AND ALL EXTERNAL LIGHTING ARE OPERATIONAL - IT SHOWS 11163 ON THE ODOMETER BUT I AM SELLING IT AS ACTUAL MILEAGE UNKNOWN AS QUITE FRANKLY I DO NOT REALLY KNOW - THE TOP IS MANUAL, IT CAN BE PUT UP OR DOWN BY ONE PERSON VERY EASILY, ALL THE HYDRAULICS ARE THERE AS ARE THE SWITCHES AND CYLINDERS - IT WORKED JUST FINE MANUALLY SO I NEVER HAD THE INCLINATION TO CHECK IT OUT - THERE IS A CRACK ON PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW GLASS NOTHING IN LINE OF VISION AND AGAIN NOTHING I CARED TO WASTE TIME OR MONEY REPLACING - THE STEERING WHEEL PLASTIC CENTER PIECE IS "FOGGED" AND CRACKED - THE PAINT IS EXTREMELY PRESENTABLE NO DENTS IN BODY AND NO ROT - THE INTERIOR IS NEW AND THE DASH HAS BEEN RE-DONE - THIS CAR RUNS BEAUTIFULLY AND IS A REAL EYE CATCHER RUNNING DOWN THE ROAD - THIS VEHICLE COMES WITH A BILL OF SALE FROM MAINE AND AS YOU CAN SEE IN ONE OF THE PICTURES A "VIN ASSIGNMENT" WITH THE DECAL IN THE DRIVERS PILLAR FROM THE STATE IOWA - TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE PICTURES OF THIS CAR AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME. Q: Is there any patch panels in the car or anywhere it's had rust and does it have any filler or bondo? I'm interested what is your buy it now price if it doesn't hit the reserve? A: There are not any "bondo-bucket" type filler holes in it that I am aware of or have picked out, there are skim coats they used to make it straight for priming and painting. I did not see nor was I told about "patch-panels" in the car. I am selling this car as a very presentable, driver. To me that means it will drive you anywhere you care to go and unless you want to get right up on it to pick it apart the average person would not find anything to say - oh wow look at that. If you read the description I tried to be ip front about the car, so if you want pics of something or want me to check something specifically for you --> just let me know. I would be happy to do it for you OR anyone else who may be interested in the car. I do not think whomever buys the car will be disappointed but as I say, ask the questions or request pictures now before you bid and I will accommodate any and all requests. As far as "buy-it-now" I am running it through ebay and will adhere to their rules in that regard, there is no "buy-it-now" price. That being said the reserve is in the 25 - 28K range and if it does not sell, and only then, I will entertain offers but I do not think there will be a problem selling it here on ebay. I have attached pics of the more severe body "defects" in my opinion. Q: Yea how does it drive? and was this a frame on car or frame off restoration ? any problems with the car flaws or dents dings scratches ? how long have u owned the car? and do u have anymore pictures of the dash? is the original top switch there that lifts the top? thank you A: The car drives great, it was a frame on, there are a few paint dings (I will send pics of the "major ones") - no dents - and minor flaws, I just recently acquired the car but have been around it for a few years, please find attached pics of dash per your request, and I will send pics of top motor - actuator, and lever per your request on another email right after this one. I am selling this car as a very presentable "driver" and not a show car. I saw one on ebay for $45,0000 that, based on price is a #1 if that's what you are looking for. Q: U have a price in mind if I wanted to buy now A: I am obligated to let the car run through ebay, as I put it on there to sell it and have sold and bought cars on the site before and like being able to do so. If it meets my reserve, which is in the mid 20's, I am obligated to and will sell it to the high bidder who meets or exceeds my reserve.
