The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very nice 2001 BMW 325i Wagon. This car is equipped with the power sunroof, CD Changer, heated seats, and traction control. This BMW has had only one owner since new, and we have all three keys/remotes, the full set of owner manuals, the BMW floor mats, and the rear cargo cover. This 325i runs and drives very well, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 2.5L engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts very well. We performed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this BMW in preparation for sale. The owner installed a complete set of Michelin tires, which are showing lots of tread, and the brake pads are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and the air filter were just replaced. All of the power equipment in this BMW is working, including the air conditioning. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The Black paint is nice and glossy. There only flaws are stone nicks and dings or small scratches, most of which have already been professionally touched up. There aren’t any dents or body rust. Some of the wheels have minor curb scratches. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition as well. The flaws are only typical minor things that don't detract much, because this Wagon looks great. The interior of this BMW is very clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The driver seat doesn't show any discernable wear at all. The carpeting is fresh, clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. The plastic trim on the edge of the front door speakers is chipped off, but all other trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This is a great running BMW, and I wouldn't hesitate to jump in and drive this Wagon anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
