You are looking at (and hopefully bidding on) my 2007 BMW K1200GT. I have a very low reserve on this bike, so whoever wins will get it well below any book value. I bought this bike about a year ago, and I just don't ride it much. It is wonderful to ride... maybe the best bike I have ever owned, but I have three children, and they would rather go swimming or go to the beach or whatever... so I almost never get to ride, except around town, and I have a 1967 R50 for that. I bought this Bike from a really nice gentleman in Atlanta, who was a mature BMW rider. He bought it from another mature rider about 15000 miles prior. I will list all the things the bike has below, but I want to mention the only possible negative first. The original owner, an older gentleman, apparently hit some black ice at a low speed and the bike slid out from under him. That was 5 years and 24000 miles ago. He was not injured as I understand it, but the bike needed repairs. Anyway, the bike DOES NOT have a salvage or previous salvage title. I found no record of the repair online, and I have never been able to find any evidence on the bike itself. If I did not mention it, no one would ever know, but the previous owner told me and I just want to pass the info on. OK, on to the good stuff. I have all of the service records. The desirable upgrades have been done, including replacement of air box and intake muffler, replacement of brake lines, installation of cam chain tensioner and replacement of chain at 18000 miles, replacement of power windscreen with upgrade, and replacement of stock seats. She has been well maintained and always garage kept. I have put around 3000 miles on her without a second of trouble. Below is a list of equipment.
