2001 Corvette C5 Coupe SMOKING deal with a low reserve price. 2001 Navy Blue Metallic Corvette FULLY loaded with all options including 6 speed manual, both removable hard tops (regular one is brand new since it was never used), HUD, Z51 suspension package, and lots of aftermarket performance mods. Only 89K freeway miles. Great project for someone that enjoys modifying and working on cars. I have not been driving it and do not have the time to work on it. A new business venture finally forces me to sell it. The Bad: The passenger side rocker panel needs to be replaced. I was turning in a parking lot and ran over a curb. Took out a chunk of the bottom fiberglass rocker panel. About $1000 to replace which is what my deductible is so I haven't bothered to fix it. There is NO frame damage, just the bottom rocker panel should be Bondo, replace, or left as is. Buyer to handle their own smog check in CA. Needs a new driver side sun shade (easy to replace), one of the belt pulleys should eventually be replaced since it occasionally squeaks, paint can use a real good buffing since its been sitting outside for so long. Probably some other little misc things that I am forgetting (THERE ARE NO MAJOR ISSUES). The Good: 1 owner, never abused, clean title, oil changed regularly, mostly freeway miles, lots of go fast goodies for a fraction of the costs. Modifications include: Thunder Racing 220 cam, heads upgraded w/ Comp valve springs & titanium retainers, custom tuning (might have the LS1 edit cable so you can do your own custom tunes), FLP long tube headers w/ high flow cats, Z06 titanium exhausts, Blackwing air intake, MSD spark plug wires, Z06 cluster with bezels, 4.10 differential w/ hardened output shaft, Z06 size rims and tires (tires in have lots of tread left), Raptor shift light, HID lights, Hurst shifter, factory service manuals, and probably more stuff I'm not thinking of. The Deal: I'm selling the car as is. The Kelly Blue Book value in FAIR condition is $16,790. Not including the over $10K in aftermarket parts the car has. So here is the deal......I'm letting this go for way under the value of the car with a low reserve price.
