Hi. Up for bid is a clean, good running Geo Metro LXI. The tires on the Metro are newer and only have about 15,000 miles on them. The exhaust has about 4,000 miles on it. There are new steel brake lines running to the rear of the car. It also has new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. The washers, wipers (new), heat, radio and all lights work on the car. The glass is in very good condition and the windows roll up and down. The interior is in nice shape. The car starts, idles, and drives smoothly and straight. At 75 mph, you can take your hands off the wheel (not recommended). The trans shifts great. The car has a spare, a jack and a lug wrench. Overall, it is a very presentable car. It does have a few flaws: The driver's door locks and opens from the inside, but the key doesn't work in the driver's door. Air conditioning does not work. It leaks a little oil - about a pint every month and a half. The body looks nice but it is in no way perfect. It has scratches, dings, repairs and a little rust, but the overall appearance is bright and shiny. For me, it was a very dependable car to go back and forth to work. I average about 34 miles to the gallon stop and go/highway. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Please ask questions. If you want to come look at it, please contact me through ebay.
