This 2006 BMW Z4 is in good condition inside and out, and it runs and drive FANTASTIC. It comes with a nice selection of comfort and convenience features, including the optional power top. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. The Carfax report does show a right side impact back in 2008. It appears to have been a minor incident. No sheet metal on the car has been changed. We think that there may have been some previous damage to the bottom section of the wheel well / bumper area, but it looks good now. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). Exterior features include 17" alloy wheels and fog lamps. The top is in great shape with no holes, cuts or tears. The seats are in good condition with no burn marks, tears or holes. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. This Z4 has a nice set of features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; AM/FM/CD stereo; cold air conditioning, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags, side air bags, ABS and traction control. The trunk is clean. There's enough space for a weekend getaway or a trip to the shopping center. This 3.0 liter I6 puts out plenty of power for a car of this size. Its rated at 215 hp and 185 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 20/30 mpg. This car is responsive and really fun to drive, especially so with the 6 speed manual. The Michelin tires have good tread all the way around. Current mileage on the car is 163,275. Carfax shows accurate mileage. This car could be driven, so it might have more miles on it by the time the auction is over. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
