Its a lifetime Florida vehicle, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. This exterior is in excellent shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines brilliantly all around. Chrysler calls this color "Blaze Red Crystal" It is STUNNING. The Carfax report is clean, showing no accident history or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). Exterior features include 18" and 19" alloy wheels and fog lamps. The rear spoiler is power-operated. The seats are leather, and they are both in remarkable condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in good shape. Both seats have power controls. This Crossfire has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Telescopic wheel; Cruise control; Cold dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. Safety features include ABS, ESP, dual air bags and front side air bags. The automatic transmission has a sequential manual shift mode. This car has an Infinity sound system with CD player. There is a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener. The manual is with the vehicle. So are both remote keys. The cargo area is clean. A set of floor mats is included with the car. This 3.2 liter V6 runs very well. Its rated at 215 hp and 229 lb-ft of torque. Original window-sticker fuel mileage was rated at 21/28 mpg. Revised in 2008, real world drivers are beating both estimates, reporting an average of over 25 mpg on the EPA fuel mileage website. The tires are very good all the way around... ....and so are the wheels. Current mileage on the car is 51,529. Carfax shows accurate mileage. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
