2002 Suzuki GS500 in excellent condition. One-owner bike (myself). I brought this bike new and used it as a commuter bike and long weekend trips. Never dumped or abused. It has always been a trouble-free bike and I have maintained it well. The tires are Goodyear Battalax BT45 F/R with lots of tread on them. O-ring drive chain. Monoshock rear, disk brakes front and rear. The steel chrome headlight with round gauges and silver tail fin combine the classic style with the new cafe style. All lights, controls, systems work correctly. No fluid leaks or abnormal noise. This year I replaced new the petcock, fuel lines, airfilter, Yuasa battery, intake manifold boots with o-ring seals and clamps, and performed ultrasonic carb cleaning and valve adjustment (shim style) to factory spec. I have receipts for replacement items.Original operators manual, tool kit, and 2 original keys. It runs great and rides smooth and quiet. Stock from factory. The bike takes a couple of minutes to warm up as the carbs are stock lean jetted from the factory for emissions but runs and takes off smoothly without hesitation. The front fender has a few scratches on the side and the left Suzuki engine decal is missing. Included are two matching Nolan size Large polycarbonate helmets with tilt lens and flip-up front. The helmet straps are aircraft style latch. They have some paint chips and small scratches. The lenses are clear with no scratches. Also a tank bag that has quick snaps for fill-ups or removal. The bike has a clear state of CT title in my name. Currently registered in CT ( CT DMV stopped issuing plate stickers) reg. can be verified on CT DMV website. I will supply the title and a CT bill of sale. Check with your state department of motor vehicles to see if this documentation is sufficient for your state prior to bidding.
