It also comes with a nice compliment of comfort and convenience features. This diesel-powered VW runs great, and it is in very good condition inside and out. This exterior is in nice shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. The Carfax reports shows no accidents or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). While in very good shape given the model year, this Jetta does have a couple of minor imperfections. On the exterior, there are a few small spots on the top surfaces where the clear coat is blemished or worn. It doesn't really detract from the overall appearance of the car, as you can see from the rest of the pictures. The seats are in good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The rear seat is also very nice. You can fold down either or both of the rear seats if you need extra cargo area (or just use the pass thru) This VW has a nice compliment of features: Power locks; remote entry; tilt wheel; Cold air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. Safety features include ABS, dual air bags and front side air bags. Inside the car, the only noteworthy flaw we found is that the radio display is partially bad. The radio works fine, and you can still see most of the display. The manual is with the car. The trunk is clean and very roomy. This 1.9 liter turbo diesel runs very well. Fuel mileage with the 5 speed manual was window-sticker rated at 42/49 mpg and has since been revised. Real world driver's at the EPA fuel economy website are reporting an average of over 47 mpg. There's very good tread on the tires all the way around. Current mileage on the car is 128,490. Carfax shows accurate mileage and no problems. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. Important tax info: If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
