Vehicle Detail
Note* ad changed. 1982 70cc model no longer available. For sale is my 1965 (PA titled), running C100. Cub 50cc 3 speed auto shift no clutch needed. It is complete as far as I can tell. I did not clean it up at all. Chrome has very light rust but not bad at all. Muffler not rotted out. Rims and muffler will clean up. I did not go crazy polishing plastic and metal and have decided to leave this in original un restored condition. It is not beat up. I have a headlight for it that goes with the sale. Believe it or not it starts right up and runs.It has a stuck valve or bad rings or something of that nature. It smokes like crazy. I run it up and down my dirt road where I live and its quite a sight. It also has notchy shifting but does go through all 3 gears. Despite that it starts easily. So there must be some compression but not much. It starts effortlessly with the kick lever. Or push it in gear for a couple of feet and again it starts right up. No lights appear to be working and I don't know if it even has a battery. I have not done anything to it since taking it on trade last summer.Carb works well and was cleaned by prior owner. I drained it in the fall. Petcock works well, no leaks then. Air intake, air cleaner, carb all hooked up like stock. This bike does not appear to be one of the ones the kids thrashed on the back forty. It's old and worn out but not beat up.I can get you some close up pictures and will post more later. Light rust, oxidation, needs restoration. Just wanted to spell that out.Very good condition for the age and being original. Excellent candidate for restoration. There is no warranty. Please come and inspect the bike personally and feel free to ride it around my yard and dirt road.If shipping is desired I will be glad to meet with your shipper but of course you would need to make those arrangements.Thank you and feel free to call me with any questions.Chris. 717-443-3488Call or text, or message through eBay any questions or to make arrangements to see it. For sale locally so auction may end early if no bids are on it. I will not cancel an auction with bids.
