Offered For Sale is our lovely 1972 Volkswagen Westfalia Campmobile. It's in good condition for being over 40 years old both cosmetically and mechanically. It was purchased new by the original owners in the spring of 1972 from Werner Nicolay at LaSalee Volkswagen in Quebec Canada. We still have the salesman's business card! The bus has always been taken care of. This Campmobile features a stainless steel sink, ice-box, folding bed, cabinets, and dining table, It's clean inside and out! The 1700cc 4 cylinder engine is smooth and has great power. This Westfalia is a real crowd pleaser and it will make you smile! It was purchased from the second owners. It was painted in sometime in the 1990’s and driven and enjoyed since. It runs and drives great. Its looks great for being over 40 years old. It just had a complete servicing and still has its original 1700cc engine along with its original dual carburetors, the engine runs great and has great compression. All the lights and blinkers work properly. It also has newer tires, and new battery, Everything works and its ready to enjoy for many years to come. This 1972 VW Westfalia has a nice body and interior. It has just over 108k original miles and still has the original front seat covers after all these years which are in excellent condition, simply amazing! Its so much fun to drive. The previous owners used it sparingly in the mountains for local camping trips and events. The chassis is nice and solid! Since this bus was painted over 20 years ago, it has some minor dings, and scratches which is common for its age. The poptop canvas has a minor tear and the original windshield has a small crack. It sleeps 4 people very comfortably. It has the complete original Westfalia interior including the, Sink. Ice box. Closet. Jump seat. Sleeping cot, vintage custom curtains etc. We even have the original owners manual as well which is a great addition to have! You can buy this bus and see over time the values are going up rapidly. It gets tons of ‘thumbs-up’ and attention while driving it around town. These wonderful Westfalias are quickly gaining the recognition they deserve.
