1969 Mustang Mach 1 428 Super Cobra Jet Drag Pack with "Shaker" Hood 4 speed Spectacular Restoration High Performance Pro-Touring Style High Quality Show Car Marti Report This Mustang Mach 1 has been completely restored from the ground up and updated with high-end components. Modifications and enhancements were done to make the car more enjoyable to drive. This Mach 1 was special ordered as a Ram Air 428 SCJ high performance, close ratio 4 speed, 4.30 Traction Loc rear end (Drag Pack), heater delete, with 4 wheel drum brakes and manual steering. NEW: silver paint, new interior, rebuilt engine and transmission (300 miles since rebuild), heater core, gas tank and rear leaf springs. Custom/Added: Mustang 2 front end w/power steering, 4 wheel power disc brakes,3.50 axle gear (original 4.30 available), AutoMeter gauge cluster, aluminum heads (original available), aluminum radiator and aluminum water pump. BODY WORK: Media blasted, new quarter panels, door panels, trunk drops, new hood and tail light panel. This 1969 Mustang Mach 1 has high quality silver exterior paint, black louvers, black rear spoiler and 16" American Mag chrome racing wheels. The interior is black vinyl with bucket seats, full console and floor shifter. The engine and transmission are stated to be original by our seller. Power options include power steering and 4 wheel power disc brakes. The car is also equipped with an AM/FM stereo w/CD, tilt wheel and tinted glass. This is a stunning restoration of a factory built, high performance machine that was ready for strip or street racing right off the showroom floor. The modifications performed during the restoration make it more safe, fun and easy to enjoy with out compromising the original performance. It is ready to tour or show.
