1973 Mustang Grande good condition, drive it home! This Mustang belongs to my brother. He hasn't driven it for about 5 years. I had it running and put about 50 miles on it last fall. It has been in storage all winter and does not want to start now, the battery appears to be dead and not wanting to take a charge. I am not a mechanic but if you want to bring a battery I will try to make it run for you. -351 Cleveland with C6 transmission -From what I understand, the car has the original un-molested motor and transmission -The body is in very good condition, no holes. The rockers and door bottoms are solid (there is minimal surface rust on the bottom of the doors. There is bubbling on the passenger side front fender at the bottom just in front of the door. The rear deck has some rust at where it meets the rear window. The rain gutters above the doors have very light rust. The drivers door needs adjusted to latch easily (if you lift it a little it closes fine) The drivers side floor on the outside does have a hole rusted through as shown in picture. -Odometer shows 53,982 miles -Interior is decent condition. The rear seat, passenger seat and headliner are in great shape. The driver's side arm rest, seat and carpet are rough. -Ignition switch needs attention. It works but not well. -Tires have some dry rot and should be replaced before driving a long distance -air conditioning is not complete. The compressor and lines are in place but the condensor is missing This is a very nice older car that has not been well cared for and not hacked up. With a little tlc it will last many more years. Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect before bidding. I will not ship this car but I can deliver within 100 miles for a fee (contact me for a quote).
