Dear Bidder, You are bidding on a new 2013 Volvo XC90 3.2 AWD SUV. this vehicle title is SALVAGE because of WATER- FLOOD DAMAGE, I did tried to start the vehicle but no electric is getting anywhere in the vehicle, the only thing it got power is the passenger rear window, it does go down but it wouldn't go back up!! I checked the engine oil, its all clear, but again I could not start the engine, I'm sure that it does need replacement of most of the harnesses and fuse boxes.
