Up for sale is a very RARE, original, classic 1975 Cadillac Caribou Pickup, not to be mistaken for a flower car. This is a factory authorized conversion. They took a Coupe DeVille and sent it to California to the Caribou Motor Company who converted it, then they were sold off the showroom floor. There were only several hundred made. This was #1 of 6 that year. In 1975 a Coupe DeVille cost about $10,000. It was another $20,000 for the conversion. Evil Kneivel was an avid Caribou collector. The pickup is equipped with a 500 cid engine and an automatic transmission. She runs great and there is no rust, dents or bondo, with the exception that the plastic filler molding by the tail lights has cracked. I have ordered new moldings and they will accompany the car. The generator light stays on when you shut the car off but I believe that is an easy fix. The leather seats show some cracking but still look very nice. The interior and exterior is pristine except for these items. She has 43k original miles and is a numbers matching car. She has been garaged and started regularly. She has been in Colorado most her life. You won't find another Caribou in this original condition. Buyer will pay a $2000 deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hours of auction end.
