This is a diesel dually 3500 with tow package and overdrive of some type (see pics). The engine starts great every time. I bought it and then realized I didn't need such a big truck, so I never put it on the road. It drives fine, and I did have a mechanic look it over: he said it needed some front end parts, some tires, some rust repaired and other body work, an ABS wheel sensor. The rear doors are stuck, and I don't have a key for the doors. I put a BRAND NEW 4" stainless exhaust on it just a few weeks ago, 0 miles on it (nearly $1000). It's a VERY strong truck, needs some TLC, even if all you want is the engine it's a deal: these "million mile engines" will run forever. Good luck. It was driven several hundred miles to get it to me, so it is street safe IMO, but no guarantees and you'll have to provide your own tags. Very little leaking as far as I can tell: I haven't driven it much (just up to my mechanic, a couple miles), but it doesn't leave spots on my driveway that I've noticed. On Apr-20-13 at 10:36:55 PDT, seller added the following information: Also: the reserve is quite low, this WILL sell. Again though: only bid if you're ready to pay. This isn't practice, you are buying a truck. I have the tailgate, I'll include it, but it fell off and got run over, so I don't really think it's salvageable.
