This Four Wheel Drive Lexus is in excellent condition inside and out. Its clean, it runs and drives Lexus-smooth, and its loaded to the brim with comfort, convenience, safety and technology features. In fact, this GX has over $4100 in factory options, including the rear entertainment system, 3rd row seats, and a rear spoiler. Its a lifetime Florida SUV that hasn't been exposed to the road sat and rough conditions of northern roads. This is REALLY a sharp vehicle. You don't have to take our word for it. The "Dorado Gold Pearl" paint shines all around. There aren't any notable dents or dings, and Carfax shows no accident history or any other problems. You can see the Carfax report by clicking here (Adobe Acrobat reader required). Exterior features include alloy wheels, roof rails, a rear spoiler and fog lamps. It also has lighted running boards and a rear window wiper. The interior is in very, very good shape. The leather seats have no rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in fantastic condition. Both front seats have power controls, lumbar, and are heated. The driver's seat also has memory settings.. The rear seat is also in great shape. The 2nd row seats fold down and tumble forward. Rear passengers have cup holders, remote audio controls with headphone jacks, and A/C vents and controls. This GX also has the optional 3rd row seats - a $2000 option. If you don't need the seats, you can always sell them on eBay. They usually bring $600-$800. The cargo area is clean large, and versatile. You can fold down the rear seats if you need more storage space. The 3rd row seats can be folded down, to the side or completely removed. This GX has some features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Power tilt / telescopic wheel ; Cruise control; cold auto dual-zone air conditioning; trip computer; Rear defroster, and more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, VSC stability control and ABS. There is a custom-fit dash cover on this GX. There are some fine cracks in the dash. This is due to a design flaw. Many of the pre-owned GX470's we see have this exact issue in the same places on the dash. The cracks are very thin, and do not pose any problem other than cosmetic. The adjustable suspension has comfort and sport modes, and offers a ride height adjustment. There is a trip computer at the top of the dash that also has a clock and outside temp display. Other features include a power tilt & telescopic steering wheel, power and heated side mirrors and a 115V power outlet. The power outlet is next to the rear seats. There is a power glass sunroof, a rearview mirror with compass display, and a HomeLink universal transmitter. This GX also the optional Rear Entertainment System. It includes a flip-down screen. The DVD player for the entertainment system is in the center console, and can be accessed by 1st or 2nd row passengers. The headphones and wireless remote are included, as is the owner's manual for the vehicle. There is no smoke odor in the car, and there are no burn marks. The lighter looks like it was never used. The 4.7 liter V8 is rated at 235 hp and 320 lb-ft or torque of very smooth power - it runs very well. Carfax shows accurate mileage and no problems. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
