Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is this sweet 1968 Dodge Charger. LOTS of money has been put into this charger to get it where you see it. It is a very solid car, and was restored about a year ago. It is powered by a 383 magnum V8, 727 auto trans. I was told both were recently rebuilt within the last 2 years. The car runs and drives, though honestly i have only driven it once since ownership. I have quite a few mopars and it just sits in my building. It did run and drive just fine though. I cranked it today and it fired right up. Brakes are feeling a little weak though, may need pads or fluid. The paint job is not quite a year old, the only body repair made was a lower quarter patch on the passenger side. The sheet metal is very solid and in good shape. The body itself has NO RUST and no bubbles. Roof and vinyl top are in great shape and it has no bubbles that these vinyl tops are notorious for. Floors and trunk are in good shape. I posted trunk pics, it has never been patched or replaced, and you can see how solid it still is, only one small hole in the center! The frame rails are nice front to back. All glass goes up and down fine, windshield does have a tiny split right down the middle, it's very thin and not in the line of vision. I would rate the paint a good 7-8 it's not show, but it is a nice driver quality paint job. Interior is above average, new seat covers and door panels. carpet is fair, headliner is still ok. Aftermarket radio that needs speakers hooked up. The tires are in great shape and wheels are old school slots in nice shape. Very wide in the back which makes the stance awesome on this car! There are still some small random things tat need finishing on the car, but you won't find a better deal on a car in this shape considering the work done. The few things i can think of are: headlights work, vacuum doors do not. Needs trunk lock, and front parking light lenses. I bought brand new hood turn signals ($240), new dash pad($200), etc. This car will be listed with NO RESERVE so PLEASE serious bidders only. I reserve the right to end this auction early at any time for any reason, as the car is for sale locally. The car is sold as is where is, no warranty. I have described it to the best of my ability, for the price you will be super happy with this car, it is a 99% rust free car that with minimal TLC can be a super nice car. Thanks for looking and good luck. Please ask with any questions. I will gladly assist in getting car loaded for transport anywhere in the US, or around the world at buyer's expense. 4 of my last 5 chargers and a cuda went to other countries such as England, Germany, Sweden, Italy, and Australia. The car has a clear open title in hand. See below for a short VIDEO of the car running. Sorry it's sideways i could not get photobucket to cooperate!
