Vehicle Detail

2005 Suzuki King Quad 700 2924 miles, 512.4 hours. This is possibly one of the most well modified King quads you'll find!! This quad is a lot faster than stock (wheelies easily in low or high gear with just the throttle), carves thru the woods like a sport quad due to the suspension upgrades, and if you happen to hit something on the trail or going down a hill, the Precision Racing Products Pro model steering stabilizer prevents handle bar kick-back making the quad safer and saves your wrists. It takes air nicely and lands gracefully. (see suspension upgrades below) and the increased ground clearance over a stock machine keeps you from from getting hung-up and makes the mud holes a blast!. I have worked hard to put this quad in the shape that I would want, if I was looking to purchase it . I have replaced the original footwells for a nicer appearance and spent a great deal of time on the maintance aspect of it too. I'm not a person that's going to tell you this was babied. I drove this hard and searched out the mud. That's what these are made for....;) I've experimented extensively with almost every aftermarket product available for this quad and believe that it now has the perfect set-up. I installed a big bore simply for more power (and we all like more power) even though the old cylinder and piston were still right at oem specs. Even before I did the big bore kit the clutch consisted of Competition stall springs, EPI green spring and 17.8gram weights along with Coop Mod 3 plus on the sheave. Then it wheelied too easily so I reclutched it to take some of the low end snap out and put it in the mid range where it would be more usable. ENGINE:750cc BBK kit w/11:5 to 1 comp, 45.5 mm throttle body (stock is 42 mm), new M109 injector, innovate motorsports lc-1 wideband, Twin Air Filter with custom made top, Amsoil 0w40 oil, OEM oil filter, Koso mechanical water temp and tach gauge, VDI ECM, VDI temperature sensor relocation kit, VDI usb memory interface. CLUTCH: Coop Mod #4, Dalton spring, stock weights, stock rollers, stock wet springs, brand new UA437 belt with a new seal on the clutch cover. This set-up does 36mph (gps) in low, do not know top speed with this set-up, but with the previous set-up did 33mph in low and 68mph(gps) in high. SUSPENSION: Precision Racing Products pro model steering stabilizer, Castor mod, one Gorilla rear axle and one Super ATV axle, heavily modified rear lower control arms (see pic's), Yamaha YZF450 front shocks, Honda 450r rear shocks,(both front and rear shocks have compression and rebound adjustments), shock covers, ASR tie rods with heim ends, all suspension bushings and upper and lower steering shaft now have grease fittings, longer and modified rear sway bar links. TIRES / WHEELS 28 x 10 and 28 x 12 Maxxis Zillas on brand new OEM wheels that have also been balanced, 1" Highlifter wheel spacers. I just removed every suspension part cleaned and regreased all the bushings and sleeves and replaced any bushings that had any movement at all. Ground clearance under the rear skid plate is 13.5 inches!! BODY: overfenders, Suzuki rear bumper, Kimpex front bumper, Suzuki aluminum skid plates, steel front bash plate, new footwells with modified braces for additional tire clearance, Moose hand and thumb warmers, Moose front aluminum a-arm guards, camo graphics, Powermadd hand guards, Moose winter hand guard mitts, all 3 lights are Piaa 115 watt bulbs, back-up lights that come on when quad put in reverse and a horn. This quad fully snorkled in case it was deeper than you thought! It has a Cajun dri-stor cargo box, DP sintered metal brake pads, WARN 2500 winch with synthetic rope, bump stop for the hook, and a velcro strap to the upper rack for easier access, 1 7/8" trailer ball with tow ring. There is Amsoil in both differentials, Interstate battery with Battery Tender Junior, 2 gallon Rotopax fuel pack, voltage regulator direct wire mod, the vent hoses have been run up to pod. There is a service code switch, shifter mod (to start in gear) I have reouted the front brake hoses to the top of the control arms rather than thru the centers for extra safety and easier control arm removal. ,There's even aluminum handle bar end caps and a plug mounted and wired for a heated helmet. INCLUDED EXTRAS 4 extra used oem rear axles. 1 used gorilla rear axle 1 front used oem axle 3 quarts Amsoil and Suzuki filter for next oil change, Amsoil rear differential fluid, extra set of new DP brake pads, extra set of new heim ends (4) for the tie rods, ATV jack, clutch tools, tire tools, owners manual, extra set of oem wheels, 3 side covers, extra set of front hubs with rotors, extra used belts, K&N air filter w/Outerwears cover, oem ecm, 4 stock shocks w/springs, foam filter spray and cleaner for the twin air, oem brake light assembly, extra front steel bash plate with 1 1/4" automotive style reciever, 14 extra oem suzuki seals, stock sway bar links, extra front lower control arm bushing, Amsoil dot 4 brake fluid, Tree saver strap with a 25' tow strap, tire repair kit, air compressor, extra relay, and the stock fuel injector.
