I have for sale a 1968 Ford Thunderbird 4-door (Suicide Doors). This is a great running car with a 429 Thunderjet BB, Power everything. This was my dream car but having to replace my daily driver forces this sale. I spent a lot of time fixing her up. The Good: Interior is almost perfect, no holes in seats and it looks showroom new. The headliner has a hole about the size of a quarter. All 4 door windows work, 2 have a new drive motor, 1 a rebuilt, the other one worked from the start. New Tires, Exhaust, Master Cylinder, Front Calipers and pads. New Valve Cover Gaskets, Front head lights, most rear bulbs. All hubcaps are accounted for as well as chrome trim. Everything is there to finish this car. The engine has been detailed and the valve covers and air cleaner look factory fresh with new decals. The sequential rear lights work great. AND THE BEST PART: 38740 original miles. Although I can not be 100% certain it has not rolled over, none of my paperwork and the condition of this car would indicate it has not. Clean title. The Bad: Rear Quarters need replacing (very common on the old fords). Comes with NEW replacement quarters. Undercarriage and the rest of the body are in great shape. No bubbles under the vinyl top. Fix the quarters and it is ready for paint. Clock doesn't work (did they every?). NEW clock included. I hate to let this go.
