This car was started in the summer of 2011 when it completely taken apart with only the bare body shell and suspension remaining. The complete interior including the dash, all of the glass, all exterior parts, all wiring harnesses, engine, transmission, drive shaft, doors, trunk, hood and front fenders were removed from the car. All the panels were stripped to the bare metal at which time any repairs that were required were undertaken including replacing rear quarter panel skins and LH front floor. The body was then primed with a 2-part high build epoxy primer that was sanded and then reprimed with a regular build 2-part epoxy primer. After sanding again, the body including engine compartment, inside trunk, floor, undercarriage and inside doors were painted black. The limelight green poly was then applied as shown in the pictures. Car was originally limelight green. The car was then reassembled as shown below. January 2012 Engine 383 Magnum stripped of outer components, exhaust manifolds, intake manifold, valley pan, water pump, timing chain cover and oil pan, repainted and reassembled with new gaskets, new valley pan and new valve covers and reinstalled in car (engine has 46,000 original miles). Transmission (Code D32) Torqueflite 727 heavy duty (46,00 original miles). New Lokar floor mounted shifter. Fuel System New fuel tank, new fuel lines, new Edelbrock carburetor. Exhaust New Pypes exhaust system from downpipe to exhaust tips. Electrics New Mopar electronic ignition. New wiring harnesses front to rear. Rebuilt 3-speed wiper motor. New windshield bottle. New horn. Suspension & Steering Code A31 New extra heavy duty rear leaf springs as used on 426 hemi cars. New rear shock absorbers. Odometer shows 500 miles as it exceeds mechanical limits. Interior Bucket seats with headrests.New seat covers front and rear (slight mark on driver’s side bottom cover). New carpet. New trunk mat. Body Code N96 New complete air grabber system including box, cables, air filter and lid. All body weather seals and rubber are new. New front windshield with rubber surround. New driver’s door glass. New front bumper. New rear bumper. New headlight surrounds. New side reflectors. New door mirrors. Brakes New master cylinder. New brake lines. New emergency brake cable. New emergency brake actuators. Wheels 15" American racing wheels. As new Firestone/Firehawk P235/60 R15 tires.
