Welcome. You are bidding on a 1976 Ford F250 4x4 Highboy Truck. This truck comes with a clean California title, recent maintenance records and receipts. In addition is comes with its factory owner’s manual, winch warranty etc. Please take a look at the pictures and read the description. It was purchased from the original owner who had it special ordered from the Ford factory. It still has the factory special order plate on the dash. It has been well cared for and has never been in an accident. It has been sitting for the past couple of years and needs a quick once over to get it in proper running condition. Exterior: This car still retains its original dark blue metallic paint. The hot California sun has taken its toll on the paint and in some areas it is rather blistered. This has straight lines and gaps with the doors and tailgate all closing properly. In addition this truck has never been in an accident. This is a solid chassis. Interior: The interior of this truck is also very original. It still has its original paint dash, gauges, and headliner. All of the gauges are in good working order. It has a factory tachometer mounted. Engine/Transmission: This truck has the very powerful 360/390 V8. This engine has been rebuilt and I have included the receipts for the work. This engine will start up, however it has bad gas and in need of a service. This truck would sound great after a tune-up with its factory dual exhaust. This car is fitted with the very desirable 4spd manual transmission. This truck shifts into all of the gears smoothly and does not crunch or grind in any of the gears. This car was fitted with 4x4 from the factory and it too is in very good working order. Wheels/Suspension: The suspension feels great and this truck is solid. The tires are a BF Goodrich that are in decent shape. The spare has a flat and the matching rim is included. Factory Options: This truck was ordered with the factory sidewinder winch, roll bar, fog lights, brush guard etc. What the truck needs: Due to the truck sitting for so long the gas has gone stale. It would need fresh gas, tuneup(carb, points, plugs, etc.) This truck would need to pass smog in California after being serviced. Overall. This is an excellent chance to own a factory Ford F250 Highboy. This truck would make a great project, restoration candidate or work truck. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
