This highly desirabale Fastback still has the original 6 cylinder engine, 4 lug wheels and original manual 3 speed transmission. It runs and drives about as good as you would expect a 48 year old 6 cylinder Mustang to run, which it does run good, but... This beautuful Fastback Mustang is a prime candidate for a V8 mechanical makeover that you can do yourself in your own garage or turn it into a Shelby Replica! The hard part (body, paint & interior) has already been done. This car has severe potential! I have personally owned and garage kept this car myself for 30 years and it was always been my dream to restomod it into something like the black (google) 65 Cammer Mustang Fastback.
