2003 BMW K1200RS sport tourer for bid. This bike is in excellent condition and has low miles (15,xxx). You will be hard pressed to find one in better condition. It has never been dropped, layed over, hit, or leaned into ANYTHING. I meticulously kept it clean as I could and it shows. It comes with the stock adjustable windshield, heated grips, electronic cruise control (just like car), hard locking saddle bags, tank bag, and $600 Sargent seat (very comfortable). The bike is fully set up for touring but is plenty fast enough to keep up with the crotch rockets on the street. Everything works as it should, it starts right up, idles great, throttle is responsive, brakes and clutch are good- it is ready to hop on and ride. The Michelin Pilot tires are in good shape with several thousand miles left on them. It is wired with auxilliary 12v DC plug in under the seat and it is wired for a BMW K1200GT seat heater though I definately prefer the Sargent seat. The battery is brand spankin new this week ($100) and it also comes with a ram mount on the clutch reservoir for whatever you want to put on it. I am keeping the ram X-grip but the base stays. This bike was adult owned since new and never hot rodded or raced. The maintenance was kept on it religiously. The last oil change was with Amsoil around 1200 miles ago. It comes with a full cover, owners manual, 2 keys, and factory tool kit. Cosmetically, it is almost perfect with only very minor marks/slight scratches here and there. I wouldn't hesitate to hop on this bike today and ride wherever- it is ready to go! Drive in and pick it up or fly into Moline, IL (MLI) and I will meet you at the airport with the bike. This is my personal bike and I never thought I would sell it but I am trying to build a house so some toys have to go.
