It will have to pass a salvage inspection before being able to be put on the road. This vehicle was originally purchased by us with no key and the miles were unattainable at the time so the title was filled out with "not actual miles" although the vehicle does have 41,090 miles. We have since purchased a key. Please read our description below. All of our project cars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve. Condition - We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle: exterior - The vehicle has damage to the front bumper cover, hood, left headlight and all left side panels. The left headlight is missing and the left taillight is cracked. Also, there is a ding in the rear bumper cover. All the glass are in excellent condition. All the rims are in great shape besides one is missing(spare on vehicle). The tires are mismatched and all have about 30-40% tread remaining . One rim is missing and the spare tire is on the vehicle. Also, one rim has outer edge scratches and another rim has surface scratches. drive train - The vehicle is runs and drives great. interior- The interior is in excellent shape. Everything functions perfectly. Both front seat belts are inoperative. Also, the airbag light is on in the dash. A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check. By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents. Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time. We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car.
