It has just 77,958 original miles on it. Best of all, it runs and drives like a Lexus - smooth, quiet and solid. This LS is truly nice. We have seen more than our share of these, and this one stands out. The previous owner obviously took very, very good care of it. The paint shines all around, and there are no noteworthy dents or dings. The Carfax report is clean, showing no accident history or any other problems. The leather seats have no rips, burn holes or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are also in good condition. The interior color is called Ecru - its a neutral color somewhere between light gray and beige (leaning more towards gray in this car) Both front seats have power controls with lumbar, and the driver's seat also has a thigh support adjustment and three memory positions. Rear passengers ride in comfort with plenty of space and their own A/C vents and cup holders. There is a pass-through to the trunk. This Lexus has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Lexus Premium AM/FM/Cassette Stereo with in-dash 6 CD changer and steering wheel controls; Power Tilt & Telescopic wheel; Cruise control; Auto dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much, much more. The trunk is clean and very large. The 4.3 liter V8 is rated at 290 hp, 320 lb-ft of torque and runs exceptionally smooth. The Michelin tires have vey good tread all the way around. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Currently, the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, and West Virginia impose a sales tax on motor vehicles, but they DO NOT allow a credit for taxes paid to Florida. Residents of these states should be aware that they must pay sales tax to Florida at the rate imposed by their home state when they pick up and drive a vehicle from Florida and must also pay tax to their home state when the vehicle is licensed in their home state. If you are shipping the car, you pay tax only at home in those states. Canadian buyers: if you are picking the car up here in Florida, you must pay the state's 6% sales tax. If you ship the vehicle, you do not have to pay Florida tax, just Canada's import taxes. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
