For sale is a rare Triple Black, original paint, never been touched or worked, 1973 Dodge Challenger Ralleye 340 car loaded with Options. This is being sold as a restorable project car, as is. I have been wanting to restore this car for over 8 years and have not had time to do anything with it so I am selling it. Hopefully it will be brought back to original condition by new owner. Some of the options include; 340ci Engine-1972, Tach, Gauges, Clock, Bucket Seats, Console, Power Disc Brakes, Power Steering, A/C, R & L Door Mirrors, Trailer Hitch, Fender Indicator Lights, 3.23 Sure Grip 8 3/4 Rear End. TX9 U A57 B41 C16 C56 TX9 A6X9 000 C13 304052 L55 D34 JH23 H3B 261 409 Drive train includes; 340ci Eng.Block, Standard Bore, Vatted and Magna Fluxed, Cast #; 2780930-340-6, 340 X Heads, Vatted and Magna Fluxed, Cast #; 2531894-B, Engine Pulleys, Harmonic Balancer, Engine Hardware, A/C Compressor, Oil Pan, Rods, Crank Shaft, Edlebrock Dual Plane Intake, Holley Carb. A727 Automatic Transmission, #; 3681052, A,B &E Body. I took it out of a 1973 Road Runner Parts Car, Drive Shaft, 3.23 Sure Grip Rear End, Rear Sway Bar. See pictures of other parts I may have forgotten to list. My machinest told me there was a possibility that after the block was honed it might be OK for standard pistons but it may need to go .020 or .030 if .020 pistons would be too hard to find. There is no cylinder ridge lip and no scoring so it may be 50/50 as to standard pistons. Cast crank, shot peened for strength. No indication of scoring on the crank and I don`t see any stamps showing it was milled. Some of the items not in the pictures are; Transmission, New Right Rear 1/4 Panel, Oil Pan, Drive Shaft, Right Fender Bezel. See pictures of other items that go with the car that I may not have mentioned. Body; It will need floors, trunk floor,1/4 panel repair ( it comes with a new 1/4 panel and new deck lid ), Lower right door repair, fender repair,rocker. There is a little bit of rust under the lip of the hood. Rear Frame Rails need repair, I don`t think they need replacement but you don`t know until you clean them out. Drivers door is good and most body panels will not be hard to repair. Roof has some minor dents. See pictures of very good tail light assemblies. Glass is good, original. A small chip on the top of drivers door glass. Tinted Glass. Interior; Bucket Seats and Tracks are good to restore, back seat is very good. Tach, Clock, Intrument Cluster and Gauges appear to be in good condition. Tach is at 0. Console is good. AM Radio. Very nice Door and Interior Panels. Steering wheel is very nice. It is NOT a vinyl top car so technically cannot be considered as triple black. The roof code is black, the body code is black and the interior code is black, therefore the mistake I made.
